How the application process works


  • Depending on the number of applications we receive, the short-listing process can take anything from a few days (particularly contract roles) to a couple of weeks.
  • If your application does progress, a short phone interview will be requested to help us get to know you better.
  • At this stage we will then start meeting short-listed applicants and notifying those who were unsuccessful.
  • If all goes well, you’ll then be requested to meet with our client and we’ll be here to assist you prepare in any way we can.


Letting you know you weren’t successful is our least favourite part of the process, so should this be the case with your application, know that with your permission we will keep your details on file and alert you to other similar opportunities when available. We’ll also provide feedback where we think you may be able to make adjustments to your application, interview technique or type of job role you’re applying for.
