Project Manager – Custom built Townhouses

The Opportunity:
Our client have delivered a high volume of quality projects over the past decade. They are forging a strong reputation as builder of choice in the townhouse development space.
They are looking to employ either an established Project Manager or a Contract Administrator ready to step up to PM level. In order to be considered you must have the following:

• Experience delivering townhouse or low rise apartment projects 
• Love customer service and building strong relationships with private developer clients
• Have a good grasp on build costs in Melbourne (Materials, Subbies)
• Strong CA skills along with ability to program various projects and trouble shoot any design issues as they arise
• A genuine ability to collaborate and be a team player
