Project Coordinator/ Junior Project Manager

The Company
Do you want to work on technically challenging commercial projects where you can take the lead role? They are now looking to add another stand out Project Coordinator/ Junior Project Manager who has the ability to stand out from the crowd and move into Project Management in the future. 

About You
You will be technically very strong having worked on commercial projects with a builder. Ideally you will be experienced across everything from tendering to project delivery.
In order to be successful you will also have:
• Relevant Construction Degree qualifications
• History of strong tenure with reputable commercial builder in Melbourne (Stand out interstate applicants will be considered).
• 2+ years post grad industry experience
• Experience managing medium to large commercial subcontractors

The Role
This site based opportunity will mean that no two days will be the same. Working closely with an experienced Site team (including a PM and SM who have 15 years+ top tier experience) you will be focusing primarily on:
• Coordinating & Managing subcontractors
• Assisting in the Programming of projects   
• Oversee OH&S & Quality on the project
• Liaising all stakeholders including architects, engineers and client reps
